Integrate Enthuse API data - the developer route

Claiming to “help 80% of the UK’s most loved charities”, and acting as the official fundraising platform for many of the biggest mass participation events - including the London Marathon, and the Great Run ensures Enthuse is a surefire favourite fundraising platform for a huge number of event-based fundraising activities.

Offering branded donation pages that match your charities look and feel, simple-to-implement forms,a mobile-ready UI and a host of useful features means that supporters will enjoy a great experience too!

It's also good to know that supporter data collected via the Enthuse Platform can be securely integrated with other platforms using Enthuse API keys. API keys open a secure pathway between different platforms. However, embedding the code which utilises the Enthuse API key usually requires developer-level proficiency to correctly embed and set up the API to ensure a secure, and accurate data import. Enthuse API documentation is easily accessed from the Enthuse website, and developer support is offered by the team at Enthuse.

CharityBI - the simpler way to integrate Enthuse data

If coding is not your thing, or for those of us looking for a code-free seamless Enthuse Integration tool, our prayers are now answered. The developer team at CharityBI have done all the hard work for us. There is no longer any need to switch between your Enthuse fundraising platform and other platforms to gain insights about your Enthuse supporters. We can all gratefully stop burning midnight oil manually collating Enthuse data records into spreadsheets, and CRMs. CharityBI simplifies the process of securely. and automatically, moving data records captured by the Enthuse API into a single easy-to-manage file.  All you will need is your Enthuse login, and a handful of seconds to set up a pathway between Enthuse and your CharityBI dashboard.

Enthuse supporter records can then be viewed either within CharityBI, or exported into an easy-to-use CSV format, which in turn can be integrated with your favourite CRM. Each new data record will automatically correspond with the correct account record or contact, saving hours (and hours) of manual time.

How often are Enthuse records updated in CharityBI?

Once you have connected Enthuse to CharityBI, we will attempt a data refresh at least once per day and any new available data will flow into CharityBI. Exporting to a consolidated CSV of your Enthuse data is then as simple as downloading an updated file whenever you need one.
